Home & School Association

The Home and School Association (HASA) exists to provide advice and assistance to the pastor on ways to foster a Christian environment in which to manage events dedicated to the social, religious, educational and economic life on both the Full-Time and Part-Time Schools.

The Home and School Board is made up of nine (9) officers, the chairpersons of the HASA events during that school year, the Pastor (or his designee), and the School Principal.

The Association meets once a month and is open to all members of the Parish. If any member of the Parish would like to address the Home and School Association, they need to contact the current president prior to the meeting to be added to the agenda.

The Home and School Association has two main purposes. First, is to gather the parish in social events, such as the Bratfest and Trunk or Treat to foster fun and interaction within the Parish community. Second is to raise funds that enhance our Parish full and part-time schools. Currently, our fund-raisers include the Spring Festival, SHOP Grocery Certificate Program, and biennial Auction.


The end of the year is upon us! Check one thing off your list and donate to the Staff Gift Fund!!

OUR FACULTY SINCERELY APPRECIATE THIS GIFT FROM THEIR FAMILIES! We were able to give $200/person for Christmas . We would like to see if we can meet that number for the end of the year!

There are several ways to donate: 

     1. CASH - simply drop off cash in the Staff Gift Fund box located in the school office or send your donation to school in the envelope you will be receiving in your Friday folder. 

     2. CHECK - made out to Lisa Voges. Please either send to school or drop in the office.

The deadline for donations is Wednesday, 5/22 so don’t delay! The total collected will be divided among the staff and delivered on the last day of school. In addition to our wonderful classroom teachers, please remember this goes to ALL of the teachers and staff with whom your children interact on a daily basis: teacher aides, art teacher, PE teacher, music teacher, computer teacher, nurse, office staff, maintenance, cafeteria, etc. Give them something everyone appreciates…the gift of green!!!
