On Tuesday, October 4th the Center for Hearing and Speech will be at Mary Queen of Peace to provide school screenings for vision and hearing. These are optional but are highly recommended. Many times these screenings detect problems that can have an impact on your child's learning.

If you wish to have your child screened please send a check for $8 per child to school in an envelope. You can write one check for multiple children in your family. Put all your children's names on an envelope along with their homeroom also. Fill out a form for each child. Make the check out to Mary Queen of Peace. One check can be used for multiple children.

Many pediatricians do not screen for vision and hearing so please consider signing your child up. Please click here to print off the forms. Please return the forms by September 30th.
