Party like we're 26.2!! It's a ladies-only running party! Dust off your sneakers for an easy 5k run with friends on July 2! It doesn't matter if you are fast or slow.  Walkers welcome! We will have pit stops on the way for "water breaks."  There will be an after party in the Maddock backyard with carb-loading snacks and "power-drinks."  Bring your swimsuit to cool off in the pool. Come join us!
