A gentle reminder that all students entering pre-school, kindergarten, third grade, and sixth grade must turn in a physical signed by their doctor. All students with a diagnosis of a food allergy or asthma need to turn in a new action plan every year. If your student has an allergy requiring an Epi-pen and/or an inhaler, please send us the appropriate information before the first day of school. All medications that need to be given at school should be in the original container. Please make sure the meds are not expired. (Note: it has been a ruling from the company that makes Epi-pens that they can be used up until 3 months of the expiration date due to the shortage of the Epi-pens.)
