8th grade students at Mary Queen of Peace School spent a Day of Service at Operation Food Search. Their stewardship focus is Working for Social Justice.

The groups organized 112 boxes of donated food that will go to partner food agencies and be shared with families in need at no cost! This helps feed 200,000 people a month! Operation Food Search values the volunteer work at $1,712. That is $1,712 that Operation Food Search can spend on nutritious food and programs to support families living with food insecurity in the bi-state area!
